About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Apple Diagnostics website or book a test with us. By using the website or booking, you agree to them and to our privacy policy.
Our services
We provide laboratory tests, health packages and sample collection at our centre and, where available, at your home. Prices on the website are in Indian rupees and may change; the price shown when you book is what you pay for those tests.
Bookings and sample collection
- Choose a time slot; we will call to confirm it. A slot may change if we cannot reach you or if collection is not possible at that time.
- Follow the preparation shown for each test (for example, fasting). If you have not prepared, the result may not be reliable and we may ask to collect again.
- For home collection, give a correct address and be available at the time chosen.
- Give correct details for the patient (name, age, gender, mobile). Results and reference ranges depend on them.
Reports
- Reports are for your doctor. They are not a diagnosis or treatment on their own; please discuss them with a registered medical practitioner.
- Like every laboratory test, results have limits and can be affected by medicines, diet, timing and sample conditions.
- Report times are usual times and can be longer for repeat tests, sent-out tests or unforeseen problems.
- A report may be held until the bill is paid.
Your account
Your account is linked to your mobile number, which you confirm with an OTP. Keep your phone and OTPs private; you are responsible for bookings made from your account. You can see reports for patients registered with your mobile number, so register each family member with their own number where they want their reports kept private.
Payment
Pay at the centre or at collection by cash or UPI, unless we agree otherwise. Cancellations and refunds follow our cancellation & refund policy.
Use of the website
Do not misuse the website, try to access other people's data, or upload anything that is not your own prescription or document.
Liability
We take care to give accurate results and a good service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over Vinukonda, Andhra Pradesh.
